What’s the Secret?

– Drink lots of water

– Have one day where you eat whatever you want

– Work out 6 times a week

– Track what you eat

What’s the Secret?

– Pick a workout that makes you feel like Boyonce

– Try to get outside

– Walk it out

– Try something new
