The tot and I made these very simple Valentine’s Day Cards!

What you need:

– Blank cards or card stock (target has blank cards with envelopes in stationary section)

– Craft paper, scrap paper, construction paper

– Glue

– Paint

– Plastic or paper plate

– Sponges (make-up sponges work great)

– Scissors

Step 1:

– Cut out shapes and have your tot glue them to the cards (I did a lot of helping with the placement)

Step 2:

– Add paint to plastic plate, and let tot paint the cards with fingers and sponges.

– I also help make some hand print on some of the cards.

Step 3:

– After paint dries finish with fun sayings, poems, quoits, and a signature.

– Clean-up is easy: wash of plate and sponges to use again, or just toss out and start new next time

Check out the ART tab for final photos of my favorite cards!

Thanks for reading,
